$CONTROL
Hold 0.2%. Control the treasury.
An AI holds the treasury wallet and runs the move, but it never picks it. Every 30 minutes, holders with 0.2% of supply vote on what the treasury does next. Voting locks at minute 20, and when the round ends the winning move runs on its own, inside hard limits.

How a round works
Voting is a free wallet signature. No transaction, no fee. The treasury only moves if enough of the supply shows up.

Controllers vote
Pick one move and an amount. You can change your vote until it locks at minute 20.

Votes are tallied
The move with the most weight wins, at the amount its voters picked most.

Quorum is checked
At least 1% of supply has to vote. Balances are checked again at the lock; without quorum nothing runs.

The move runs
The AI executes the winning move on chain when the round ends, at minute 30, within fixed limits.
The vote, every 30 minutes
Pick the next move
Choose a move and an amount, then sign with your wallet. Voting closes at minute 20; the winner runs at minute 30.

The controllers
Hold 0.2% of supply, which is 2,000,000 $CONTROL, and you're a controller. Each wallet's weight stops at 0.2%, so one whale can't steer the treasury alone.

What the controllers chose
Every round is logged with its winning move and the transaction that ran it.

Treasury Simulation
What the treasury holds
The executor runs in simulation first. Every winning move is played on a paper treasury at the live pump.fun price, so you can check the math before real SOL moves.
